What I have been up to Sept 2016

September I had a fun month of events for National Stamping Month and Creating Kindness with CTMH. I had a small gathering with my aunt, mom, and twin cousins at my parent's house where they each made a card with this kit that was available in Sept. I also had a public event at the local library, where I showed the new CTMH products and let everyone made a card. Here was the kit:

Here's my cousin, Alice.

This cute girl, used CTMH water color pencils without any water and made her own pretty design.

This girl made her own spin on the card kit.

Creating away...

My set up of CTMH products.

Instead of using the blender pen to got over the water color shading, Gloria ran her blender pen over the entire circle. I like the effect!!

I made this layout at convention 2016 using the word beautiful cut out and I pounced watercolor over it to create the title.
I made this layout at convention 2015 based on the movie Up.

I made these cards with the September stamp of the month
I am in love with the amazing CTMH products

It was very fitting that the library was having an inside out event because convention 2016 was themed from Inside Out.
I had so many technical issues getting this post up. That is what delayed it so long. I wanted to post it before I posted my other stuff. I hope to mix my recap posts in with the new products. There is a lot to cover and I am excited to share!!

Damask Divas Team Blog Hop Featuring Hello Lovely

Hello! We have a pretty paper pack to show off today from CTMH. If you came from, Angela, then you are in the right place. The Hello Lovely paper pack is so pretty for Valentine's day, weddings, Mother's day, and just because cards. It also makes beautiful scrapbook pages. Today I made a just because card using the fun word search embossing folder. All products are CTMH. I used  pomegranate ink and a wet paintbrush to highlight my greeting. I added a bit of lagoon ink to bring out hello love. I matted it in a fabric looking piece of paper from the pack. Then, I popped it up with foam tape to the floral base and centered on the floral print. I attached the layers to a blank white daisy card base. The edges of all the paper were dragged across the pomegranate ink pad to make the cuts look more finished. The card was quick and easy! I am waiting for more supplies to arrive from a recent order. I am excited to get the workshop your way scrapbooking kit and make some lovely scrapbook pages. Here is my finished card. I love the word search detail. I added a little clear shimmer to the white paper before I embossed it.
Thank you for hopping by. I hope you visit my page again soon. Next up on the hop is the talented Jenifer!
